The Angel Investor Challenge offers coaching from volunteer professionals in order to help the selected candidates increase their chances of obtaining financing. The training and coaching offered to the candidates will help the candidates distinguish themselves in front of potential investors. It aims to provide candidates with tangible tools that will benefit them long after the end of the initiative.

Here is a summary of the training program:

A. First Training

Training reserved for the members of the cohort. The training will cover the following:

A.1 Pitch skills

A.2 Presentation to the investors

A.3 Sources of funding, financing, risk management

A.4 Choice of the investors

A.5 Business Valuation

A.6 Capital raising process: from the beginning to the closing of the transaction (Executive Summary / presentation / negotiation / closing)

B. Second Training

Training reserved for the members of the cohort. The entrepreneurs will receive mentoring by a period of 2 to 3 months. This mentorship will be led by entrepreneurs / investors accompanied by experienced professionals of the Junior Chamber of Commerce Montreal

C. Third Training :

Training reserved for the members of the cohort. The entrepreneurs will present their business project to a panel lead by members of Anges Québec. The participants will receive constructive feedback that will help them perfect their presentation and in general make a better impression.

Nota Bene : For the trainings, the access will be limited to two individuals by company.
